Q: What is The Dozens?
The Dozens is a hip and eclectic mid-month scrapbook artist kit club. We will offer other unique scrapbooking items as well.

Q: How much are the kits?
Kit prices will vary monthly but are usually between $15 and $40.

Q: When do kits go up for sale?
Kits will be up for sale by the 15st of the month before 9:30 pm, EST.

Q: I totally need one of those awesome kits, so how do I order?
 Include your full name, address, the specific kit on your order form.

Q: I am interested in subscribing. How do I go about that?
Subscriptions are NOW AVAILABLE. If you wish to inquire about a subscription, simply email us at thedozens@hotmail.com. Once your order is confirmed, you will get a PayPal invoice when kits are revealed.

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping in the U.S. will usually be between $6 and $9 for kits, depending on the size and weight of items ordered. Smaller items hold smaller shipping rates.

Q: What about international orders?
We do ship internationally. Please click on the approprate Paypal buttons to avoid confusion of your order and possible loss of purchase.

Q: When do kits ship?
Subscriber kits will ship on or around the 18th of the month (once your paypal payment is recieved).
Kits purchased from the website will ship 3-4 days after your paypal payment is received.

Q: When are sneaks posted?
We will try to get sneaks posted by the 10th of each month.

Q: What is the "bakers dozen"?
The "bakers dozen" is an awesome opportunity to score free loot! Okay, its not actually a baker's dozen so let's explain. Subscribers to The Dozens will get special gifts. Subscribers will automatically recieve the "bakers' dozen" gifts. This will happen each and every month! Check the "Kit Preview" page for Baker's Dozen updates.

Q: My kit  is lost or damaged--what do I do now?
Please let us know via email, if you have any problems with your kit--whether it's lost or damaged, we will always do our best so that you're satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is #1!
